  • Simulation Design

    Heat and System Simulation

    Containing general internal and external flow field simulation, high Mach simulation, multiphase flow simulation, multi-component simulation and burn simulation. 

    Structure Simulation

    The simulation mainly involves statics analysis, contact analysis, nonlinear analysis, large deformation analysis, modal analysis, sinusoidal vibration analysis, random vibration analysis, impact response analysis, noise analysis, hot-set coupling analysis and optimization analysis. 

    Fluid Simulation

    In the simulation, system simulation software is mainly used to analyze the following system design issues: matching relationship between piping and valves and among piping, dynamic characteristics of components within system such as water hammer, pressure-time change relationship and valve opening features.

    Pump System Technical Center

    Cooperating with Shanghai University and Jinhua Changxun Fluid Mechanical Co., Ltd., Astropulsion set up a “Pump System Technical Center”, driving and promoting R&D of system energy saving, operation state evaluation and high-performance products. 

    Seawater Desalination Test Center

    The special seawater desalination test center is equipped with specific control platform, test platform, water quality test and low pressure fluid test platform, high pressure fluid test platform, membrane property test platform, seawater desalination device simulated loading, inflation device, air supply system, noise test device and drying equipment.
